Good Morning. This is good advice for attaining balance in our daily lives, whether we are working with our horses, other people, or ourselves. I do TRY this everyday no matter how small it is along with making a ‘decision’. Maybe the decision comes first to make that improvement. If I catch myself ‘maintaining’, I am ‘stuck’ and not open to God’s guidance. Thanks Stacy for reminding me to do this today!
