“You don’t have a soul. You are a Soul. You have a body.” CS Lewis

Isn’t it strange how just looking at something differently can make…such a difference?

C.S. Lewis rocks. He is very insightful and has the right Source to go by, the Bible. I have enjoyed looking at your video for the first time tonight so thought I’d visit your blog, too, as well as your facebook to see how you are doing now. Looks like you are enjoying life with your family and horses. We are at the age of enjoying our grandkids, ages 7 to newborn. I grew up on a Montana farm and often sat on my horses bareback and bridleless in the pasture on summer days while they grazed, but I never did what you do. I sure miss the horses and wish I could have done what you have done with them. Glad you are passing on the way to do that with other riders.

Horses teach us lots. As do our Children….

I believe we are all a soul in a body and learn our life lessons….. Sometimes when our ways go all criss cross not straight through labyrinth one way streets and couldersacs….. its scary…. but if our sould wouldnt be able to handle it…. life wouldnt give us this path!!!!

I just hope its worth all the trouble we go through…..

So just keep in mind…. live life as every day would be your last, always say good bye to loved ones, make up with them before sleep and keep in mind to do a good little deed every day…. you are the one who has to live with the consequences!!!!

    in this regard…. happy sunday!

I pastor I know calls our bodies, our mobile homes. So true. We have our bodies for such a short time but our soul is eternal. Thanks for sharing.

That is one of the biggest life lessons I have ever learned, and as with most of my big life lessons – I was first able to understand it because of my horses.

    Thanks for sharing!
