What do you see when you watch?

Stacy, when I watch your preformance with no bridle/saddle, as a God fearing christian women, I see such a pure worship of our creator that it breaks me all over again. I love the lord and horses with all my heart and someday, God willing my dream is to preform freestyle reining to inspirational music as a testimony to the goodness and love of God. Thank you for your obedience. Maureen W., owner, Riding with Purpose

Thank you for this email. My favorite quote is “Preach the Gospel aways, if necessary use words” but sometimes I wonder if it is working. Thanks for the encouragement.

Hello Stacy, I came across your blog as I was watching youtube videos with horse training. Competed in horsemanship and reining as a young teen growing up but sadly don’t ride these days-instead I am studying at Moody Bible Institute☺. I wanted to encourage and thank you for beautifully and courageously sharing your faith through your work. Your words, verses and kindness have surely touched many lives and I know that God has specifically given you talent that He is now using for His glory. Psalm 139:13-16. Much love from Chicago.

What I see when I watch this video is hours and hours of hard work, training and dedication to something that you truly love. I see the gift that the Lord has given you and not only in your ablity to communicate on a different level with animal, but as with humans as well. I also see a bond that you created with Roxy and the trust that she has given you, Which is no small accomplishment in itself. As far as the religous asspect goes, I am a believer in God and I trust in him, but I never under estimate the value of someone spritual conection, with what another human may believe in. But I do know that without God in my life I would truly have nothing, and I would walk this journey alone.

The ride was lovely, and the human/horse partnership inspiring as well. However, I do not believe that a person needs religion to have that bond. Spirituality and religion are two separate entities.
I am an extremely spiritual person who does not attend church.

Don’t you worry, Stacy….you are such a blessing to so many. You will never know all the lives you’ve touched until your Faith is truly realized standing in the presence of your Lord. I know that this video has gone viral on You Tube….but I am going to make sure more people see it by sharing it on my Facebook page… You one day will hear from your Heaven Father, “Well done, good and faithful servant!’ None of us truly realize the impact our faith has had on other. For instance, my grandmother lived her faith in front of me….not even realizing that someday I would accept the Lord as my personal Savior and in turn have children who have done the same…had she not be a true and sincere Christian, I might not have seen what true Christianity was and who knows what would have happened then…

Watching you to out there is amazing.! God gave you an awesome gift with horses. Also, it shows you really worked hard to reach your goal and never gave up. Your ride with Vaquero at the Congress was phenomenal as well. All in all, it shows you ride with faith and chase your dreams!

YES, I fully agree, the VERY first time I saw you ride Roxy in your bareback-bridleless ride, I KNEW something was special about you and you MUST be a Christian. It turns out that I was correct. Your love for life, people and horses SHINES SO CLEARLY even without words. I can’t wait for your first book to be on the shelves or in your website for all of us to buy, THEN the movie!! yep, it’s me again Pat Woodruff over here in South Jersey, one of your BIGGEST FANS!! Love to you and your wonderful family!!! XOXOOX I would LOVE to meet you someday but I guess there are not too many “horsey” things going on in Jersey. we have a lot of “backyard” horse farms and shows at Horse Park, that’s about all. Pat
